    Senator Wills moved to amend the bill on page two, section eleven, lines thirteen and fourteen, by striking out the words “a lessee who signed a lease with a now-deceased lessee,”;

    And,

    On page two, section eleven, line twenty, after the word “party” by inserting the words “to the lease or their heir, personal representative, devisee or assignee”.
